We currently are struggling with an abundance of services and a lack of manpower to maintain it. Some of this is because we don't document the expectations we have for RFR owners. Here's an initial draft -- just a braindump between nb and myself. We could use more brainstorming on that followed by some organization and then letting people applying for an RFR of what the expectations of them are.
