Reason for outage:

Our backend storage for master mirrors, wiki attachments, lookaside source cache, koji, and backups is being migrated to a new filer. This should not cause any outage, but if something goes wrong with the migration it could require remounting filesystems or other disruptive actions, so users should plan to avoid using these applications during this potential outage period.
