The [https://github.com/puiterwijk/GUADEC-regcfp regcfp] app is planned for use by the Flock team, to track registration and papers for Flock 2016. We would like to be able to host this app at https://register.flocktofedora.org, while using a static site (similar to other Fedora websites) for the standard {www.,}flocktofedora.org. Patrick agreed he would take this on for the team, so assigning to him.
