Where does it run? How does it work? How can it break? How do we fix it when it breaks? Who do we contact?

Some minor comments:

I don't understand "Rejections must be motivated in the motif input field" can you expand on what you mean there?
typo: "a lik announcing it" should probibly be "a link announcing it"

Otherwise looks good.

yeah. I guess normally I would see such a field called "Reason" or "Cause for rejection" or "comment", but thats fine. It makes sense to me now. ;)

So I fixed the field label in https://github.com/fedora-infra/nuancier/pull/98

I'll adjust the SOP right away and if there is a problem while people follow it (due to the discrepancy in label or something else), I'll try to be around to help :)
