bodhi auto-updates to bugzilla could benefit from further explanation #701

When an update is submitted to Fedora bodhi, it automatically adds comments to related Bugzilla tickets, which say things like:

"%{name}-%{version}-%{release} has been submitted as an update for Fedora %{dist}"

This message is rather curt and confusing for non-contributors, see for example bug #453312.

Please could we expand this to say something clearer, for example:

(for submits to stable):

"%{name}-%{version}-%{release} has been submitted as a stable update for Fedora %{dist}. It may take a number of days until this is released to the repositories for automatic ("yum") updates (a further update will be posted to this bug at that time). In the meantime, you can view more details about the update and manually download packages from http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/[blah]"

and for submits to testing:

"%{package}-%{version}-%{release} has been submitted as a testing update for Fedora %{dist}. This will only be available for automatic updates if you have enabled the "testing" repositories but even then it may take a number of days until this is released to the repositories for automatic ("yum") updates (a further update will be posted to this bug at that time). In the meantime, you can view more details about the update and manually download packages from http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/[blah]. Your feedback on this update would be much appreciated, and can be submitted via the above URL."

Ditto for the "pushed to repository" messages, something like:

"%{name}-%{version}-%{release} has been pushed to the Fedora %{dist} stable|testing repository. You should be able to access this via your normal system updates, although it may take a number of hours following this message for it to be available on all update servers. If problems still persist after updating to the above version, please make note of it in this bug report.

I heartily endorse this product and/or service!

some comments: if we want to streamline things a bit we can drop the submit-to-testing message. it does have some value, but at the same time, three spams per update is a bit much.

we should probably give a bit more detail on providing feedback via Bodhi, at least until it's redesigned; lots of people don't log in before filing feedback currently, so we should say something like 'please log in using the Login link in the blue bar on the left hand side of the page before adding your feedback'.

I just applied a patch from François Cami that improves bodhi's bugzilla comments and tries to do a better job of encouraging users to test and provide feedback.
