 minimal: Add /var/lib/selinux -> /etc/selinux symlink 
On rpm-ostree systems, the SELinux policy store is moved from
`/var/lib/selinux` to `/etc/selinux`. Embed a compatibility symlink so
that tools like chunkah which evaluate rpmdb paths can "see" the move.

rootfs tests

This is a set of scripts that sanity check the target rootfs in a read-only fashion.

To run the tests:

podman build --from localhost/fedora-bootc:latest -t localhost/test-bootc .
podman rmi localhost/test-bootc:latest # Clean up any created images
