json format issue in fedora-iot-base.json #16

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right place, however I've been playing with fedora iot and wanted to make my own ostree spec based on this one.

When I try to build the new commit I get this issue:

error: Parsing /testcustombuild/.tmp/fedora-iot-base.json: serde-json: expected `:` at line 117 column 28

It looks like this commit:
https://pagure.io/fedora-iot/ostree/c/a3b9689aea3de54de4d1710f8e5ec6e7976c381a
broke the json list?

This is on the f38 branch, but I see this commit is also present on main.

Was there something I missed regarding this config file?
