To be a bit more precise sigul-pesign-bridge (in the same repo) is the only bit currently involved and acts as a client to the existing Sigul server.

Secure Boot broken with grub2 1:2.12-42.fc43.x86_64 package upgrades

There's a similar report at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2451630 which indicates theming might be a problem?
