Hadi Chokr edb4b69d48 Ship plasmoidsetupscripts as regular files in fedoradark and fedoralight 
The scripts were symlinks into org.fedoraproject.fedora.desktop. Their
canonical paths resolve outside the look-and-feel package root, so
KPackage refuses to return them and the kickoff setup script never runs.
The launcher keeps the Plasma icon instead of the Fedora one whenever the
theme is applied with the desktop layout.

Verified on a never-booted Fedora 44 install: with the symlinks replaced,
selecting dark mode in Plasma Setup sets both the fedoradark theme and
icon=start-here.
