The following packages are no longer going to get updates:

The following side packages need to be updated:
cxx-rust-cssparser (the dependancies have already been updated in all active branches)
kquickimageeditor
plasma-wayland-protocols
Upon updating, the following gear packages have to be rebuilt because of a soname change with libplasma:
merkuro
kweather
kclock
kalgebra
Also, might as well rebuild those as well, they are not part of the main stack, but depend on libplasma:
kcm-fcitx5, kup-backup, applet-window-buttons
This is pushed to Rawhide, along with gear 26.08.2. I figured, considering libplasma got a soname bump, I'd just do a gigantic update, and I added in the libplasma dependants while I'm at it.
Gotta wait for F45 to release before I do the rest.
