Adam Williamson	e4b6984b76	download-build: add --nofailarch ... This arg makes `koji download-build` warn, but exit 0, if the specified build has no packages for any of the specified arches. This is useful for `bodhi update download`. An update can contain many builds. If you want to download "the update" for a given arch, and just one or two builds within it aren't built on all arches, that's fine. It's useful for Bodhi to not have to deal with Koji exiting 1 in this case, and distinguish it from the download failing for other reasons.
