merging commits needed in release-notes translation project #58

The release-notes translation project has an alert of many commit differences between Weblate repository and then upstream repository. Rebasing seems to be not possible because there more than 1000 commits , so Weblate times out.

We need to either a member of fedora-docs-l10n to rebase the pagure.io l10n repository or (once the mirror setting is undone) rebase in Forge l10n repository
