📝 docs(ready): Split Fedora Ready docs into new Antora module

This commit segments the Fedora Ready documentation separately from the
rest of the Fedora Marketing Team documentation. This gives the content
more prominence in the navigation and allows us to assign automatic
reviewers for content changes made to this module. I am thinking that
myself, Joseph, and Roseline could be on the default assignees for new
changes made to this module. We will likely implement this reviewer step
after migrating to Forgejo.

Ultimately, this provides better segmentation from the general content
for the team, allowing us to promote this as a more unique offering of
the Fedora Marketing Team in 2025.
