Originally this was only going to add the [Standard procedure to process livestream videos](https://hackmd.io/VBjjGbuDQbC4wj9b_Gw2AQ) to our SOPs, but I ended up getting too into the idea of reorganizing our Docs, so I de-duplicated some information in some pages, separated some content into a separate page and had some streamlining to our SOPs (that might not be 100% good, so I'd love some feedback there specially).

Various formatting and styling changes were made in this commit. The
purpose of making these changes is to ensure the Marketing Team docs
follow common Fedora conventions (e.g. one-sentence-per-line) as well as
removing Antora/AsciiDoc errors and warnings from the developer console:
== Holding pen (a Fedora Wiki-imported page) ==
* Use correct, sequentially-ordered header levels.
* Follow one-sentence-per-line convention.
== Index page ==
* Change `xref` from a nonexistent join page to the SOPs page, which
partially describes how someone could participate with the team.
