📝 docs(events): Update Event Box inventories; address review feedback
Inventory for both boxes was stale. Updated from the shared Pelican tracker spreadsheet: NA box last verified by @carlwgeorge after LFNW 2026; EMEA box last verified by @lruzicka after DevConf CZ 2026. The EMEA sticker inventory expanded from 7 items to 22 to reflect the actual post-DevConf CZ stock, most of which is depleted. Addresses review feedback from @t0xic0der and @ekidney: renamed "American" to "Continental United States" for geographic consistency, added a Type column to the NA table to match the EMEA table structure, fixed the intro paragraph that incorrectly said "European" on the US page, and added new sections to the overview for requesting a box, post- event responsibilities, and a two-year archival policy for maintenance history.
