Send out the WhenIsGood link to the elected representatives for the meeting time
Include the elected representatives in the necessary Fedora Chat channels
Modify the mindshare FAS group to add incoming and remove outgoing members
Modify the forge-mindshare-members FAS group to add incoming and remove outgoing members
Send out the scheduled fortnightly meeting invites to the elected representatives
Have elected representatives assigned to each of the Fedora Mindshare functional pillars

With that in mind, I think the most natural place for me to go is with @theprogram on Regional Event Support, since I think I can be the most help there in the Fedora Community Architect role. So, here is how the F45–F46 charter is looking:
