I would be ok without laptops and banners and other heavy items which makes the logistics much harder and more expensive. A good box of stickers would be the minimal viable goal.

FWIW, there is a lot of equipment (i.e., tablecloth) which is only stored in the Pelican event box, which also has the laptops. For some items like that, we'd likely need to ship the entire box from Brno. I know it is heavy, so it is an option for us to ship directly to the venue and get a return shipping label to send it straight back from the same city.

For stickers and other printed materials (which ones?), we could probably use something like Sticker Mule to make a batch order of either generic Fedora logo stickers or specific stickers from the design/assets repo.

On Saturday, I initiated an order of 250 classic logo Fedora ballpoint pens to @bookwar's address. Let us know once you receive them or if you have any issues, @bookwar. 👍

If I am not mistaken, if there are no -1 votes by Wednesday, then this ticket passes and we can proceed with the swag order. Thanks for providing exact choices and quantities for all of the print-ready stickers. I will begin pricing this out, but it should be doable. Plus, I know you will find a way to help distribute them whether they are finished at FrOSCon or not. 😄

This is a more generous order quantity than we would normally do, but since @bookwar is a Fedora Ambassador for decades and has a strong pattern of executing European events with Fedora, a larger order quantity seems like a worthy investment in this case.

@bookwar I placed the sticker order last week. Looks like the UPS label was created this morning but UPS does not yet have the shipment. Seems like they should arrive in time before the event. When I placed the order, I was sure it would arrive before the event.
