I don't see a shipping address field and don't think it should be put in any of the publicly visible fields.

How do we inform the recipient of this ticket where to ship the swag without publicly exposing our mailing address?

With @shaunm on PTO this week, I will fill in for him. This is one of those transition things that he and I have to still work out. 🙂

+1 to this request. We can get classic logo Fedora pens and new stickers printed and queued. I have a few questions for both of you, @rmcbryde and @lajuggler:

  1. Approximately how many total stickers, across all varieties, would you like to have? Give a number.
  2. From the available catalog of print-ready stickers, are there any specific sticker requests you would like to make? Or do you want the shipper to decide?

@rmcbryde To answer your question about where to share the address, I suggest emailing fca@fp.o with your preferred shipping information. You can also message me and Shaun on Red Hat Slack or Matrix too.

+1 for stickers, event box stuff, colouring books, buttons and pens.

I would have to see a budget to approve commuter mugs, tshirts, hats, lanyards and or bandanas.

Here is what I was able to order (see table below). This is honestly way more than is needed for this event. I do not expect everything to get used here. However, given the fact that the US Event Box is making its way out there (#144), it would be great if all leftovers could be stored inside the Pelican event box. Memory serves that we need more stickers added to the box since SCaLE 23x (March 2026) and Red Hat Summit (May 2026).

At the end of Data Con LA, when packing up the event box for return shipping to Raleigh, please help us get an updated snapshot of the US Event Box inventory so we can keep it up-to-date for future events. To provide this closure, either make a Pull Request directly if you are comfortable doing so, or just give us the diff/changes as a new comment on this issue before you mail it back. Someone else will update the docs page.
