Release Party Template

This template can be used by anybody who is holding a Release Party to apply for budgets and swags for their events. The requests are monitored and acted upon by mindshare.

Marked with asterisk are mandatory fields

Swags
We'd like to distribute out Fedora-branded swag (stickers, clothing, pens, commuter mugs, bandanas, chargers, etc.). Whatever is available is always welcome.
Budget
We're projecting up to $600, but as always we'll economize where possible. The bulk might be in the room rental fee, depending on quotes we receive.

See the budget proposal on the wiki. This would include items like:

Cake (hopefully with a Fedora logo)
Pizzas
Paper plates
Napkins
Room rental fee (if applicable)

Target Audience*
Linux users group
Tech minded audiences
Beginners wandering in from the general public
Beginners thinking of switching from another operating system
