Remove duplicate tables of contents
The Fedora docs theme now defaults to placing a table of contents on the
right hand side, so we don't need to set these attributes.

Drop redundant Source and Patch numbers

Since RPM 4.15, numbering Sources and Patches is redundant.
I've left the numbers in examples where they matter.
