Delete branch "gotmax23/packaging-guidelines:global-req"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
There is no strong reason to universally recommend %global over %define,
and RPM upstream has good documentation in rpm-macros(7) explaining the
difference.
See #1449 and
#1454 for
more discussion.
