Fesco docs have a new, updated Packager Sponsor Policy
which contains the policy aspects of the sponsorship process.
Thus, there is no need to repeat the same information here.
Everything that just duplicates the Fesco policy is removed,
and only additional material that does not fit into the policy itself,
such as practical tips,
it kept.
Orphaning of a package is naturally a moment
where a new contributor can join Fedora package maintenance:
There is obviously a vacancy for maintaining that package.
The topic also regularly comes up on devel
when potential packagers ask
if and how they could adopt an orpahed package.
Add discussion of this route to the How to Get Sponsored page,
so that newcomers can be directed to instructions.
After Package Maintainer Docs were imported from the wiki
there have been some further wiki updates.
To avoid losing content when wiki pages are replaced
with links to the Package Maintainer Docs,
these updates are imported in this commit.
Due to large amount of pages
not all pages are handled in this commit.
The "Imported from:" comment is removed
from the top of the pages that are handled
so that it is easy to spot the pages that have not been handled.
When Package Maintainer Docs are published,
duplicate material in the Fedora Wiki should be removed
and replaced with links to the new docs.
In order to make this easy,
add a comment at the start od each page
linking to the original wiki page.
Restart the repository by
1. Starting to use Antora
2. Moving over some packaging related pages over from the wiki
3. Updating the pages where there are obvious problems
