Update reference to spin kickstart files in package retirement process #210

In the Package Retirement Process page, we still have:

=== Spins

Remove the package from any https://pagure.io/fedora-kickstarts[spin kickstart file].

Following the breadcrumb trail shows this was relocated to https://forge.fedoraproject.org/releng/spin-kickstarts, then archived because “now all images previously defined here are now built using kiwi. The definitions for Fedora images formerly defined here are now in fedora-kiwi-descriptions.” That link leads back to another archived Pagure project, the current version of which lives at https://forge.fedoraproject.org/releng/kiwi-descriptions.

So it’s clear that we should update this section to reference https://forge.fedoraproject.org/releng/kiwi-descriptions, but I’d appreciate someone with a better understanding of kiwi suggesting what the sentence should actually tell people to do.
