Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Currently, orphansv2 does not list as many affected packages, since #2 is not yet implemented. There will also be some false positives that are no longer reported by the new script, since it is not susceptible to releng/tooling#13031 / releng/tickets#11460.
