Update Fedora docs build pipeline image

I should have a .svg available. It was prepared in cooperation with design people, but I cannot find it in any design repo. There was a design ticket opened for it, but I cannot find it, too.

Both goals can be attainable, IMHO. Presently, the latter is probably my focus.
