rmdepcheck: run ELN tests on composed repos, not buildroot #532

@yselkowitz would like rmdepcheck tests for ELN to be run against the composed repos, not the buildroot, as they don't consider full repoclosure of the buildroot a significant target.

I'm a bit worried this may cause false failures for updates that depend on previous updates since the last compose, but we can give it a shot.

I think we just have to treat the compose location and the fact that ELN tests specifically should use it as magic knowledge, I don't think there's any way to "discover" these things.

Agh, this is I think not sophisticated enough. I think we'll potentially get false failures in the 'installability' check for buildroot-only packages, this way. See ci/tickets#555 (comment) for detailed thoughts. Need to tweak this.
