The latest round of ELN breakage exposed a couple of areas of missing coverage we should address:

  1. We should run at least one BIOS test on composes. Even if we don't care about BIOS on ELN at all, it would've caused us to notice that initramfs generation was broken sooner (by avoiding the bootloader bug that happens on UEFI)
  2. We should run advisory_boot on ELN updates. Again this would've caused us to notice the initramfs generation bug sooner.
