Document INFO result, adjust graphics? #118

In #115 we've discussed that INFO result semantics isn't clear. Let's document that INFO means PASSED, but with an important note that you want to highlight (you don't need to use my words verbatim). Implementation wise, maybe show it in gray text next to the Result drop-down, when the NOTE value is selected.

I also noticed that we're currently rendering INFO as an orange triangle, which implies "warning" to me rather than "info". I guess the semantics is close, but perhaps just a little bit confusing? Maybe replace it with a blue (i) icon typical for info? Or go the other way around, and rename INFO to WARN?
