As noted by Christopher Beland on [https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-test-list/2009-June/msg00723.html fedora-test-list], yum (now dnf) is near the top of most bugs filed by component in bugzilla. This ticket is intended to track drafting a debugging guide to help users diagnose failures and file quality bug reports.
