Write naming guidelines for wiki QA: namespace #4

We need guidelines on how to properly name:

  • test cases
  • test plans
  • test results pages
    and so on.

This would probably still be useful, but isn't a terribly high priority. 'De facto' naming standards are working okay for now.

Some of our SOPs do cover naming conventions, so this is partially addressed:

All of the above provide naming conventions for certain types of pages (test cases, test plans, validation matrices, and test day pages, respectively). Ironically, we don't have a formal naming convention for SOPs. :)
