Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The Fedora Workstation working group would like to do two test weeks for GNOME 43. One week each for the GNOME beta and release candidate releases.
This time around we'd like to specify a date range, and then once there's a better idea of actual availability of builds and test compose in Fedora, make another announcement with actual dates.
The intent is to get testers to use the most current version of GNOME possible, within days from release.
GNOME beta, Aug 10 - Aug 29.
GNOME rc, Sep 7 - Sep 16.

Right, so the timeline we are working with is:
Aug 06: GNOME 43.beta upstream tarball due date
Aug 10: GNOME 43.beta downstream builds hopefully done and ready for testing
... and then we'd like to run a test week after that, but it's not entirely clear we'll make that date, it could slip up to a week :)
Likewise for the release after:
Sep 03: GNOME 43.rc upstream tarball due date
Sep 07: GNOME 43.rc downstream builds hopefully done and ready for testing
... and then run a test week after that once the builds are actually ready.
will help out
@kalev what will be date for Beta test week?
Hi @sumantrom,
We just discussed this within the Workstation WG and we'd like to have the test week next week, August 15 to August 21. Would that work for QA?
When you set up the test day pages, can you name the test week wiki page as 'GNOME 43.beta' (not just 43 but 43.beta)?
Kernel is 14 through 20. We are good! I mean shouldn't be a problem. I will start setting up pages, if that good with you?
Should be fine I think -- yes, please go ahead with the pages. Thanks!
(I asked adamw on irc and he thought it should be fine as well as people have time to do both since we give them both a week.)
I will make it tomorrow morning my time. I have started the communication for announcement.

I will be working on test cases next and what to focus on
@kalev @catanzaro @tpopela , what will be the dates for the Final Test Week?
@kalev @catanzaro @tpopela , what will be the dates for the Final Test Week?
We are aiming to run the next test week 7-16 September. Will that be OK from your side?
Really doesn't make any difference to me.
Will attend and help out :)
the i18n/l10n test days is during the same week too and this week its
Pre Beta test week
