Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
IRC bridge doesn't seem to be coming back:
https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/11460
We should adjust all our wiki pages, docs, etc, and replace IRC references with Matrix.
Just note that for meetings we might need to use IRC, and not matrix, cause;
The Matrix-style zodbot is said to be almost ready, so hopefully this complication disappears in a week or two.
I was planning to propose this on the mailing list, but yes, I am fully in favor of this. There's a channel for bot development discussion - https://matrix.to/#/#zodbot-devel:fedoraproject.org - and as kparal said, it seems like we're pretty far along there, I think even some groups have started using it (but not sure).
The most recent Fedora Cloud and EPEL meetings have been on Matrix. It seems to work okay now.
I've scoured through our wiki and tried to replace all IRC references with Matrix. So far, I've done this:
If anyone wants to check it for correctness, that would be welcome. Also, if you find more pages to edit, don't hesitate to edit them or at least note them here.
What remains (as far as I know) is to edit quickdocs displayed here:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/qa-docs/
Also, we'll need some slight tweaks in Blockerbugs:
https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/blockerbugs/issue/281
I've adjusted the docs here:
https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/qa-docs/commits/master
(The changes should be live tomorrow, I guess)
I believe this ticket is resolved.

Metadata Update from @kparal:
Because I found out that the matrix.to links don't allow Fedora Chat owners to connect easily, I created a matrix template and edited all wiki pages again to use it. Also updated qa-docs.
