Enhance compose-critical package script output #911

Last sprint I got the compose-critical package script done basically written and have sent a PR to land it in releng tooling repo, but right now it only outputs the package list as a flat text file. We probably need JSON-formatted output by variant/subvariant (and maybe arch?) at least, similar to the critpath.py output.

Further enhanced today - we now separate buildroot and image critical package lists, and can output source package lists as well as binary.

The PR was merged. I think the output is Sufficiently Enhanced (tm) at this point. Can move on to getting Bodhi to ingest and expose it now.
