risc-v folksi have noticed the following:

nirik: here is another https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=29613 Still in F42, last build in F35.
nirik: also a bunch of golang-etcd-* are in f40, f41, f42 but never actually had a build.
nirik: this had last build in f36, still in f42: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=21835
nirik: this https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=24183 is listed since F25, but really never had a build.
nirik: this https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=32786 is from f32, but never managed to be built, but releng still tries! 😆
nirik: this https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=34547 is from f36, still in f42, but never had a build.
nirik: this https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=37534 is from f39, still in f42, but never had builds.

We should investigate and see if what fixing they need.

Those are the only three with actual builds, so I can easily do a scratch build.

golang-github-jacobsa-oglemock is a retired package

which explains the first two.

golang-github-hbakhtiyor-strsim is a retired package
golang-github-projectdiscovery-rawhttp is a retired package

which explains the last one.
