Describe the issue

There are hundreds of thousands of tagBuild tasks backed up on the staging Koji, preventing any testing that involves tagging a build (which includes testing of new features and bugfixes of ELNBuildSync).

Please mass-terminate these unneeded tasks so that real work can be submitted.

As soon as possible.

When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

N/A

If we cannot complete this, what is the impact? [Dependencies/Blocker]

The staging Koji is functionally useless if it cannot accept task requests.
