Stalled EPEL package: python-azure-storage-blob #13344

Describe the issue

We've been working on getting duplicity into epel10 and going through it's dependencies. The EPEL request for python-azure-storage blob has been stalled: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2430510

Needinfo flags and reminders have been sent previously. Please give me the appropriate permissions on the package to do the EPEL builds myself.
