Describe the issue

I keep getting build errors when trying to build rust-libloading0.8 (in on-demand side-tags, since it's part of a larger update I'm working on, if that matters):

  • FAILED: BuildError: package rust-libloading0.8 not in list for tag f45-build-side-140342
  • (same errors for f44-build-side-140344, f43-build-side-140346, epel10.3-build-side-140348, and epel9-build-side-140350)

The package was requested here:
https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/83842

Branches f44, f43, epel10, epel9 were requested shortly after.

Usually waiting for 5-10 minutes after processing repo/branch requests is enough for koji to "know" about new packages, but this time trying to build the package after three hours still fails.

When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)

This is blocking other, already prepared package updates, so "ASAP" would be good, but it's not urgent per se.

When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

N/A

If we cannot complete this, what is the impact? [Dependencies/Blocker]

Package updates that are currently blocked on this will remain blocked on this.

The fm-consumer@koji_sync_listener on bodhi-backend01 had crashed (likely when we were doing reboots yesterday and it couldn't talk to the rabbitmq cluster).

I restarted it and it's processed.

I see that package there now.
