Describe the issue

ELN comps change frequently, and therefore I had write permissions on pagure.io/fedora-comps, however that was not carried over to forge, leaving me unable to test or merge my first post-migration PR:

releng/fedora-comps#1282

When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)

ASAP

When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

N/A

If we cannot complete this, what is the impact? [Dependencies/Blocker]

Will need to ping releng regularly to merge ELN comps PRs.
