Summary of the change

This change aims to add support for installing Fedora on Stratis filesystems. This includes support in Kickstart for automated installation and manual partitioning in the Anaconda WebUI using Cockpit Storage.

Release Engineering involvement

None. Technically this is a system wide change because it changes the installer and adds new dependencies to the images, but all changes will be limited to the installer and its dependencies and I don't expect any involvement from releng.
