F45 System-Wide Change: Fontconfig 2.18 #13404

To make dependencies clearer in a header file, some FreeType-dependent APIs has been moved from fontconfig.h to fcfreetype.h. Some packages needs to be updated but the binary itself is still ABI compatible with 2.17.x. So I don't think we need a mass-rebuild, and no need any coordination with release engineering.

Thanks for opening this change request. I reviewed it as well, and I see no immediate work to be done by releng. However, if you think you need help with something that requires our involvement, please open a ticket.

For other co-dependent packages, I suggest to send out an email, regarding the change, so they could apply a patch before the rebuild happens.
