Describe the issue

Could we get an updated respin of Fedora 44 with Linux kernel 7.1

When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)

2026/07/06

When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

2026/08/31

If we cannot complete this, what is the impact? [Dependencies/Blocker]

We are evaluating shipping systems with Fedora pre-built from the factory.
To get a fully functional system, we have everything except this package update.
Not having an updated respin, will cause delay with Fedora SKU.

At the moment, no Fedora release has kernel 7.1 yet. @jforbes indicated to me that the rebase to 7.1 would be next week with 7.1.3, so we'd have a respin the following week that includes at least 7.1.3. Does that work for you?
