Describe the issue

Trying to access the blame view of dist git results in a "Forbidden" error message.

Example:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/wine/blame/wine.spec?identifier=rawhide
or
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/roundcubemail/blame/sources?identifier=rawhide

When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)

When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Blame view via the web is handy...

Yes, the web endpoint is deliberately blocked due to massive abuse by crawlers. ;(

You should just git clone the repos and locally use git blame.

It may be possible, but no one really has the cycles to do so right now, especially since we are moving to a new forgejo based setup before too long.
