@peter, no need to open a releng ticket for unretirement anymore unless you face a problem. I recommend the same.

Please go ahead and try to unretire this with the following SOP: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/infra/releng_misc_guide/sop_automatic_unretire/

The command should be like:

$ fedpkg request-unretirement --repo REPO_NAME --namespace NAMESPACE --bz_bug_id 1234567 --branches f39 f40

If you face any issues, please do let us know.
