Is there an option where we can suppress emails so that people's inboxes don't get flooded when it's run.

Hello @pbrobinson!

I looked for the options and neither in Pagure Settings nor API, I couldn't find something relevant. We have fedmsg, mqtt, and stomp notifications which I disabled yesterday and tested over the last 10 tickets but it still triggered those emails. As a precautionary measure, I emailed the mailing list that this is supposed to happen, but I'm open to options if there are :( Cause, I tried banging my head over PAgure API and I had no luck.
