As of Fedora 41 GA, dnf5 is the only provider of the dnf command and virtual package name, and there is no literal dnf binary package anymore (just python3-dnf from the dnf SRPM). Koji package groups require literal package names, so this needs to be updated accordingly.

FYI the existing group for the f41- and f42- tags are fixed, this is for future branches.
