This PR is part of Release Engineering efforts to make our repository more organized:
https://pagure.io/releng/issue/12934

Here is the current state:

  • Obsolete scripts are removed.
  • Some scripts had to be renamed in order to adhere to naming conventions.
  • The scripts were moved to their new locations.

Next steps are about addressing dependencies, callers, references in docs.

/lgtm, merging the scripts included here are needed to monitor at time of rc releases, and mass branching wortk specifically, please keep those in mind.
