@davidlt set up the repo yesterday.

I submitted a PR to mock-core-configs:
https://github.com/rpm-software-management/mock/pull/1762

Once it lands and a new mock-core-configs package lands we can request the chroot enabled in Copr

https://github.com/rpm-software-management/mock/pull/1762 is merged.

Opened https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2490892 for a rebuild and https://github.com/fedora-copr/copr/issues/4356 to enable the chroot once we have that.
