Server-Host-Omni works for me in a QEMU guest: https://riscv-koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=133357

[...]
[ OK ] Started serial-getty@ttyS0.service - Serial Getty on ttyS0.
[ OK ] Reached target getty.target - Login Prompts.
[ OK ] Finished cockpit-issue.service - Cockpit issue updater service.
         Starting systemd-localed.service - Locale Service...
[ OK ] Started rsyslog.service - System Logging Service.
[ OK ] Reached target multi-user.target - Multi-User System.

Fedora Linux 45 (Server Edition Prerelease)
Kernel 7.2.7-300.0.riscv64.omni.fc45.riscv64 on riscv64 (ttyS0)

Web console: https://localhost:9090/

localhost login: fedora
Password:
[ 352.026084] virtio_net virtio0 enp1s0: renamed from eth0
fedora@localhost:~$
[...]

That's the command I used to import the image into libvirt to boot:

$ virt-install \
    --import \
    --name f45-omni-20260923.1 \
    --osinfo fedora-rawhide \
    --arch riscv64 \

    --ram 4096 \
    --boot uefi \
    --disk path=/var/lib/libvirt/images/Fedora-Server-Host-Omni-45-20260923.1.riscv64.raw \
    --network default \
    --tpm none \
    --graphics none \

We had to generate new images, as we had to regenerate f45-staging repo. It still works fine:

Fedora-Server-Host-Omni-45-20260923.2: https://riscv-koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=133432

Still works fine:

[ OK ] Reached target multi-user.target - Multi-User System.
