We're starting to build up the security docs, and it'd be nice to upsell those to anyone browsing the site. We also want it to be easy for researchers to find where to report to.

This probably needs to wait until #14 has been completed and we've actually got a policy to link to.

Some options for this I can think of:

• Update https://fedoraproject.org/security/ to link to the security.md in addition to the existing content
• Add a link to the security page to fedoraproject.org's footer
• Where possible, adopt https://securitytxt.org/
