That was discussed infra/tickets#13259

I think there was a discussion in the channel too (not sure though). The general consensus at least in the ticket is to not re-use it, as that would be misleading. Mixing up the old security team with the new security sig is already an issue without sharing badges :) In the end, its not the same.
